The Palmetto Posting Dashboard
The Dashboard is designed to house all field activity in a paperless environment giving you full access, the ability to analyze the data in multiple ways and print individual files as needed.
By zooming in on the map feature and clicking on the parcel layer feature, the mapping component becomes a very useful tool for analyzing the results of delinquent tax postings or for analyzing a custom engagement like our mobile home audits.
The Dashboard also allows you click on a specific property for more detail. A summary of the actual posting is displayed as a popup and street view capabilities are blended in seamlessly for more thorough review of the subject property.
We also provide a “Property Search” feature that allows you to search by any number of categories, i.e. last name, first name, address, tax map #, disposition, etc.
The search narrows down the focus to only those properties that contain your keyword either in the name of the property owner, or the address.
In addition to the detail popup as part of the mapping feature, behind the scenes, a detailed “Field Report” is generated upon completion of the posting. Each Field Report contains an image of the property with the delinquent notice clearly visible, an aerial overview of the property, a signed affidavit by the field agent, date and time stamps, lat/long coordinates, etc.
We provide the ability to remove “paid” properties in real time which drastically reduces the possibility of encounters with home owners who are scheduled to be posted, but have already paid their taxes.
Multiple Reports are included with each engagement for analytical purposes.
Each engagement is archived by year allowing you to access the final Field Report generated on each property should you be required to do so.
