The first year Richland County hired Palmetto Posting to aid in the collection of mobile home taxes resulting in an 80.2% increase in tax revenue over the previous year and a 40% increase in bills paid.   County employees were averaging 8-12 postings per day.  Palmetto Posting, Inc. was able to post 80-100 levys a day.
