Terry O’Brien

Founded in 2005, Palmetto Postings’™ founder Terry O’Brien used his extensive background as a real estate appraiser to recognize the needs of counties dealing with posting delinquent tax properties.

After using the existing methods for the first year, Terry immediately realized the need to incorporate technology into the process. The result is a state of the art system that implements GIS mapping, satellite navigation and digital imagery to provide you with unquestionable results.

Duane Morehead

I can help you solve the difficult nightmare of posting delinquent tax notices. With more than 25 years experience in the IT field working for companies such as IBM, BB&T, QS/1. I am dedicated to customizing what ever service that your county may need.

Duane joined Palmetto posting in January of 2008 after leaving IBM. He is a graduate of University of South Carolina and of Greenville Technical College.
